(I'm not really sure what the meme means by this question, so I'm going for attractive but also funny.)

I have no idea if this is really my most used gif, but I use it a lot.  Everyone needs to spend more time looking at Nine being happy.

You just can't beat David Tennant AND a kitten.

10) The Scariest GIF ever


I don't really keep scary gifs in my gif folder, so I had to go find one. I liked the symmetry of contrasting Ten being part of something extremely cute with Ten being extraordinarily terrifying, so here's a Time Lord Victorious gif.

The Nopetopus makes me laugh and conveys a feeling so very well.

I'm going to stop there rather than going into the bonus questions, because I really shouldn't spend any more time on this.

Fun! I do have a gif folder, but there are, like, less than twenty gifs in it, and most are creative ways of flipping people off, so. Not terribly appropriate for this meme. :)

Yeah,that might not work here. However, flipping people off and otherwise expressing disapproval is a very important use for gifs.
