If you're looking to connect with me actively, my tumblr with the same username is a better bet. For now, this DW account serves as a backup to my old Livejournal and a backup place to reconnect with fandom in case tumblr goes to the great ball pit in the sky. We'll see what the future brings.
I've been a total geek since my father read The Lord of the Rings aloud to me at the age of six. My main current fandom (as of early 2022) is The Magnus Archives. My once and future fandom is Doctor Who. I do have special places in my heart for Nine, Donna, Rose, and various permutations of Doctor/Rose/Jack. Sometimes I squee like a preteen, and sometimes I like intelligent critiques, and I'll often do both about the same show.
In the real world, I'm an elder Millennial with a degree in library science. I love biology, literature, puns, and caffeine. I lean to the left politically, and I talk about it.
Mostly, though, I talk about geeky things. Sometimes I write fanfic, but I tend to write at a geologic pace, so please be patient.
