Well, he IS a pretty annoying guy. ;) Not sure if you're aware, but in addition to that "Adventure of the Lost World" story, I was also referring to the running joke in certain corners of Sherlock fandom on livejournal about Anderson having an interest and possibly a sexual kink for dinosaurs. There's an explanation here, so far as such a thing can be explained. See also this.
