I have trouble choosing just one episode of the first series to call my favorite, but TDD is certainly up there. The banana scene is classic.
Oh god, that Dalek two-parter was godawful. So bad. Love and Monsters was also hideous- Ursula's fate was just disgusting, and the fact they made a joke about it- so wrong.
