In Progress

I've decided to list stories I'm currently working on, partly for the reference of anybody reading this who cares but largely to help myself keep track.
--"Vent Thy Folly Somewhere Else"--the third story in the Illyria series. Rose and her alternate Doctor visit Rose's family. Mistaken identity ensues as Mickey has a bone to pick with the Doctor and Pete has something to get off his chest. This piece was originally meant to be short and funny, but it keeps insisting on being longer and darker than intended. The rough draft is nearing completion, but I'm slightly stuck.
--working title "Home for Christmas"--This fluffy one-shot reunion fic is the result of hearing "The Stowaway" one too many times. Jackie Tyler gets annoyed at Rose for being late for her younger brother's Christmas pageant (or nativity play, as my internet searches suggest might be the more usual term in Britain...someone correct me if you know otherwise). When Rose finally shows up, she has a guest in tow. Maybe 1/3 written.
--currently untitled fourth story in the Illyria series. All those references to fictional characters get some explanation as I do a crossover I've never seen anyone else use in fanfic. Set in early 19th century England. I have a pretty good idea of much of what happens but have yet to write a word.
--"City of Lights"--I started with the Doctor's advice from "The Long Game" about how time travel is like visiting Paris, where, among other things, you should end up kissing total strangers. That line set me to wondering what would happen if a "total stranger" the Doctor kissed in his past was actually Rose. Soon, even the Holy Hand Grenade was not enough to fend off the plot bunnies telling me to write a massive multichapter, multiera reunion fic set in Paris. I've written a few pages, but this thing is still a long way from seeing the light of day.
--"Wolf and Jones"-- "He kissed the TARDIS out of Rose Tyler--well, mostly--but he never thought to kiss the Rose Tyler out of the TARDIS," Wolf told Martha. The girl called Wolf sat on the edge of Martha's bed, swinging her legs casually and toying with her blonde hair, but Martha noticed the blanket did not dimple as it should if a human weight rested on it. I wrote a paragraph or two to hold the idea, but I am waiting to write this until I get the S3 DVD and can rewatch some episodes.
--untitled fifth Illyria story. Another unusual crossover, this one will be set in Viking times. It will be epic, creepy, bad-wolfy, and shippy. Possible dragon, unless I decide to split the dragon off to its own story. Not at all written.
