A last bit of Ten angst

After all of that inexplicable postponing of regeneration, Ten died alone.  Would it have been too much to ask to let one of those companions hold his hand?  *sigh*  At least he didn't die out in the snow, which briefly looked like a possibility after he said goodbye to Rose.

It wouldn't have explained why he was alone post-regeneration as Eleven and probably would have made it even more heart-breaking if he wasn't alone.
