Sherlock/Ten/Snape (which would be a hilarious crack grouping, now that I think of it. O_o), but the only one I actually cared about was Sherlock. I spent way too much time choosing between Sherlock and Moriarty, mainly because I wanted to go with a villains/good bad guys/bad good guys theme with my voting. But then I decided to vote for someone who had a chance of actually winning (and Holmes kinda counts as the latter of those options, anyway).

You probably could've convinced me on the other two votes, but unfortunately for you, I'd already visited the polling place by the time you made this post.
