Finally! Someone who feels the same way I do AND mentions how Nine would absolutely go off his nut if he ever knew this would happen. It seems the general consensus is that Ten needs hugs and kisses to pull him back from the dark side while I feel he needs a good swift kick in the arse. How ridiculously arrogant can you be that you cause another person to kill themselves? I was really stunned into silence with that ending!
My question is why is Ten so afraid to die? He knows he's going to regenerate, right? While Nine willingly went to his death to save Rose, Ten's hubris has extended to his body image. Or does he think he won't regenerate?
The Doctor definitely needs someone with him to ground him if only to remind him he's not the most gorgeous incarnation! (waves at 5 and 9 ;P)
