I hope you're right about Mack being okay! I suspect that you're right, because hopefully if he was dead they would have made that clearer. I suppose we'll see.

But yeah, it sucks about Tripp. He and Simmons had something going, but that totally got dropped for no apparent reason.

Yep, I have been confused about the inexplicable absence of the Simmons/Tripp plotline that had so much potential. Now it's too late. :(

She might become more interesting now that she's an Inhuman or whatever she turns out to be, but she doesn't need to be the second main character after Coulson. It's an ensemble cast, people; give the other characters some meaty stuff, too.

Exactly! It's always frustrating when the Powers That Be for an ensemble show decide to focus too much on one character and that character isn't even the most interesting/likable character. I hope this new page in her story helps her evolve into a character more to my tastes, but I fear it may just ensure more focus on her story at the expense of May, Fitz, Simmons, Coulson, Bobbi Morse, Mack, and the others.
